Choose the base color according to the desired effect. If you want to brighten your skin tone, use a tone-up; if you want to smooth out pores and uneven texture, use a primer. Banila Co Prime Primer Classic has over 16,000 reviews, and since the series base prep comes in a set of three, I choose according to my skin concerns.
